Vinyl Edition of Fretless - The Wrath of Riffson Soundtrack Releasing Summer

The release of Fretless - The Wrath of Riffson is still a few weeks away. However, that hasn't stopped Ritual Studios from hyping things up. This time around, they've announced that the official Fretless Vinyl is coming out this Summer. As if that's not enough, pre-order is now available.

Fretless – The Wrath of Riffson – Vinyl Edition is the original soundtrack of the game. It features two yellow and red marble vinyls which are then placed in a Gatefold sleeve in the colour of the game. There's also a matte texture along with an embossed and glossy effect on the main logo. Meanwhile, each inner sleeve also has its own design.

The Fretless – The Wrath of Riffson is a turn-based RPG where players get to wield powerful legendary instruments and gather mighty riff attacks in order to save the land from the devilish goons and musical hybrid monsters of Rick Riffson.

Players take on the role of the friendly musician Rob who’s trying to restore harmony in an off-tuned world where wacky villains are corrupting music. Rick Riffson, boss of the evil Super Metal Records company, is using the Battle of the Bands contest as a way to extend his hold on every last note, chord, and song by trapping the best musicians with deceptive soul-binding contracts. Players go on an adventure with Rob and his zany rock-loving friend to end the plans of Super Metal Records.

The Fretless – The Wrath of Riffson is releasing on May 22 with a demo currently available on Steam.
