Misterial Games has released a new gameplay overview trailer for Stygian: Outer Gods. This one puts focus on the terrors that await players in the game.
In a post, the studio shared that even when the game comes out on Early Access, they'll continue to work on improving it. To make it into the game everybody enjoys, players need to give their suggestions and feedback. They may also need to report any technical issues or bugs that they encounter.

The game is set in the universe of Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones. It has players witness and influence the events which precede the Black Day. They get to immerse themselves in a unique world that's full of dangers, unexplored dark corners, and looming evil beyond mortal comprehension.
Players get to accompany an old friend on her voyage to the foggy settlement of Kingsport as they try to uncover the dark secrets of the town and find their missing father. They may have survived a shipwreck but players are soon to realize that it was simply a prelude to the nightmare that awaits them.
Survive the Horror
In Stygian: Outer Gods, players are in constant jeopardy as they rarely escape from monstrous enemies and devious traps unscathed. The thing is, physical harm is far from being the gravest danger. This is because all the perils take a toll on their psyche and even their mind may be hurt as well. Any mental afflictions that players develop impact their gameplay experience. Players need to keep an eye out for materials and recipes and craft the tools, medicines, and remedies necessary to face the horrors around them..

Stygian: Outer Gods is releasing for the PC via Early Access on Steam this April 14. There's no date yet on when the 1.0 version comes out but when it goes live, the game is also going to be available on consoles PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X/S.
